Wade attended Georgetown College, graduated from the Kentucky School of Banking, and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU. After a 28 year banking career Wade became a REALTOR® licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. With extensive experience in residential mortgage lending Wade is able to help buyers and sellers with financial challenges that arise during any real estate transaction, as well as, using his sales and marketing experience to market the sale of property. Wade has been on the faculty of the KBA Kentucky School of Banking for 10 years. He has also held leadership positions with the YMCA, United Way, American Heart Association, and March of Dimes.
